FIND’s Talent Development programs are incubators for the next generation of independent filmmakers. Cultivating strong, original voices, we help filmmakers develop new work and advance their filmmaking careers in a nurturing yet challenging creative environment. Our six Talent Development programs are offered free of charge to the selected film artists: Directors Lab, Producers Lab, Screenwriters Lab, Fast Track, Project:Involve, and the FIND Grants and Awards program.
Our programs work together to synergistically assist artists at each stage - whether they are working on a new script, seeking financing, devising a film festival strategy, presenting their work, or seeking careers in the film industry. Fellows are mentored by experienced professionals, attend master workshops in the art of filmmaking, and benefit from intensive hands-on assistance and ongoing career placement support.
